The five stories fit one shape: the middle of the AI stack is where value is moving, and everyone at the ends is repositioning around it. TSMC and Microsoft are the same story from opposite sides — one is committing capital as if AI demand is a fixed input for the decade, the other is teaching its salesforce that model choice is now a governed line item on a bill. Gartner and the EU are naming the same problem in finance and legal language; Moonshot is the reminder that closed-lab pricing has a competitor whose specs leak before its safety card. The bet that isn't working today is "one model, one contract, one seat license." Considered and passed: the Publicis 87%-AI-revenue print (definition of "AI-powered" too loose to anchor a lead) and the CMS outcomes-linked AI reimbursement signal (paywalled and pre-rulemaking — worth tracking, not yet worth leading).
