Agentic Daily ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at agenticdaily.ai (the "Site").

- Account information: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Newsletter subscription: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Community posts: Content you submit through our community features.

- Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication sessions and persona preferences. See our Cookie Policy below.
- Log data: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

4. Email Communications
The only email we send is the Agentic Daily Brief — a single daily editorial email to addresses that have subscribed. We do not send transactional, marketing, or promotional emails outside of the brief, and we don't add subscribers to a separate marketing list.
You can unsubscribe at any time:
- Click the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any brief (one click — signed token, no login required), or
- Visit agenticdaily.ai/unsubscribe and enter your email.
Unsubscribing from the brief does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not unsubscribe — each is its own opt-in / opt-out.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For user authentication. Google Privacy Policy
- Vercel: For hosting and deployment. Vercel Privacy Policy
- Supabase: For database hosting. Supabase Privacy Policy
- Resend: For sending the daily brief. Resend Privacy Policy. Each brief includes an embedded tracking pixel and rewritten link URLs so we can see when an email is opened and which links are clicked. We use this only to measure deliverability and engagement; we do not sell or share this data. To suppress open-tracking, disable image loading in your email client.
- Anthropic (Claude API): For generating daily briefs, article summaries, and editorial hype ratings. We send public news content and aggregate metadata to the Claude API; we do not send user account information, email addresses, or community posts. Anthropic Privacy Policy

- YouTube: Embedded videos are served via YouTube. Google Privacy Policy
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
The daily brief and our articles regularly link out to external news sources, video platforms (e.g. YouTube), and other websites we don't operate. Each has its own privacy practices that we don't control. Please review their policies before providing any information to them.
These links are not endorsements; we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of content on third-party sites.
8. Data Retention
- Authentication sessions: 30 days idle, then automatically expired.
- Account data: retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion any time.
- Newsletter email: retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing we keep the row for 30 days to honor any re-subscribe attempt cleanly, then delete.
- Community posts: retained indefinitely as part of the public record unless you request deletion.
- Server logs: 30 days (Vercel default).
9. International Data Transfers
Our processors (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google, Anthropic) are headquartered in the United States. If you access the Site from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and our processors' GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements as the legal basis for these transfers.
10. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also opt out of the daily brief at any time and clear your persona cookie via your browser. To change your cookie consent choice, click Manage cookies in the footer of any page — the banner will reappear and your new choice will overwrite the previous one.
If you are in the EEA or UK: the lawful bases we rely on are consent for the daily brief, contract for account features you sign in to use, and legitimate interests for security, abuse prevention, and cookieless analytics. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and have not done so in the past 12 months. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of your data, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

11. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
