9. AI-Generated Content

Several parts of the Site — including daily briefs, hype ratings, persona insights, and article summaries — are produced or assisted by AI models (currently Claude, by Anthropic). You acknowledge and accept that:

• AI outputs may contain factual errors, omissions, outdated information, or hallucinated details
• We perform editorial review where practical, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content
• AI-generated content is not professional advice — including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
