Managed Agents launched in public preview, letting developers build stateful agents that run inside Google-hosted, isolated Linux sandbox environments.
A general-purpose Antigravity agent preview also shipped that can autonomously plan, write and execute code, manage files, and browse the web inside its sandbox.

What it means

Google just made the runtime — sandboxes, orchestration, state — a first-party API surface, not a customer problem. That collapses the "build your own agent infra" market into a hosted-vs-frameworks fight, and it means the enterprise procurement question is shifting from "which model" to "whose sandbox holds our tools and credentials."
