LinkedIn unveiled its AI Hiring Agent, an autonomous system that handles the entire top-of-funnel recruiting process. Available to LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise subscribers, the agent screens incoming applications, evaluates candidate fit, sends personalized outreach messages, and schedules interviews — all with minimal recruiter intervention.

Bias Safeguards
